The Dean Hotel Cork, opened in 2020, is a design-focused Irish hotel offering 112 rooms, a rooftop bar (Sophie's), and a gym (Power). Catering to corporate guests on weekdays and leisure visitors on weekends, it embraces the motto "We don't do conventional. We do fun," serving as both a destination for locals and visitors, and running its operations with the help of Alkimii.
